Roseburg Police arrested two people after contacting them on Friday afternoon.

An RPD report said at 3:50 p.m. a man and a woman, both age 36, were contacted together in the 1600 block of Northeast Stephens Street. That was a violation of the woman’s probation stipulations. Her probation officer authorized a detainer for her. She was taken into custody and held without bail.

The man had a warrant for his arrest. The warrant was confirmed and the man was taken into custody. During a search, the man allegedly had 0.8 grams of methamphetamine and metal knuckles in his possession. He was detained on $5,000 bail.
