Roseburg Police cited a man following a non-injury crash on Thursday morning.
An RPD report said just after 8:00 a.m. officers responded to the wreck at the intersection of Northwest Edenbower Boulevard and Northwest Renann Avenue. After an investigation, it was determined that the 23-year-old pickup driver had accelerated quickly through a stop sign at the intersection in an attempt to “burnout”, which resulted in him losing control of the vehicle
The pickup crashed into the curb and flipped, landing on its side. The driver was cited for careless driving and driving uninsured and was released on scene. The vehicle was picked up from the location by a friend.
