In the KQEN Business Spotlight:

The new Holiday Inn Express in Roseburg has opened.

It is part of the Hanna Heritage Place development just east of Interstate 5 at the intersection of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard and Northwest Mulholland Drive.

Bruce Hanna of Hanna Hospitality told News Radio 93-9 FM and 1240 KQEN that a soft opening took place on January 21st. Hanna said every day since then more rooms have been finished. He is hoping to have all rooms ready for guests by the end of this week.

Hanna said a grand opening will take place in the near future, but no date has yet been set.
