Roseburg Police jailed a man for an alleged burglary incident on Sunday evening.

An RPD report said at 7:00 p.m. the 46-year-old from Medford allegedly found an unlocked door to a business in the 600 block of Southeast Jackson Street and entered it. He was reportedly inside for several hours and unplugged the security cameras. He also allegedly ate food and stole items from within the business. The suspect was found at the rear entrance to the business getting ready to leave and was detained without incident. The man was held without bail.
