Roseburg Police jailed a man for violation of a no contact order on Monday.

An RPD report said just after 5:40 p.m. officers stopped a vehicle near the intersection of Northeast Winchester Street and Northeast Polk Street after witnessing a traffic violation. The driver was identified as a 21-year-old with a no contact order with the passenger, who was listed as the protected person. The man was taken into custody without incident.

He was detained without bail and was released later Monday evening.
