Sutherlin Police jailed a man following a reported disturbance on Wednesday.

An SPD report said at 11:00 a.m. officers responded to the 1200 block of Blossom Court after a caller said there was a disturbance. During the incident, 46-year-old Raymond Ketchem allegedly brandished a knife and threatened a victim with it. Ketchem claimed he did this because the victim had allowed people into the house. He was charged with harassment, menacing and unlawful use of a weapon. Ketchem was detained on $7,000 bail.
