Roseburg Police jailed a man for a warrant and offensive littering on Tuesday night.

An RPD report said at 11:50 p.m. officers contacted the 60-year-old amongst a pile of garbage at the downtown parking garage in the 500 block of Southeast Rose Street. Officers knew he had an unworked warrant for his arrest and was taken into custody without issue. He was also charged for the new crime and was issued his first city exclusion warning.  Bail was set at $10,000.
