Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited camping on Monday.

An RPD report said at 9:40 a.m. the 60-year-old had his tent set up in the small city park located just east of a business at the intersection of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard and Northeast Fulton Street.

The man was cited and released on scene. He reportedly told an officer that he had no interest in seeking housing and was going to continue camping in the city.
