Sutherlin Police charged a woman with second-degree disorderly conduct on Saturday.

An SPD report said just before 6:00 p.m. officers responded to a business in the 100 block of Dakota Street and contacted the 47-year-old. The investigation revealed the woman had picked up a survey stake and waived it around while approaching the manager of the business. The suspect was taken into custody and detained on $2,500 bail.
