Roseburg Police jailed a man on the charge of first-degree criminal mischief on Friday.

An RPD report said at 12:35 p.m. officers responded to the 2300 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway after the suspect and a victim got into an argument. The officer later found that the 18-year-old suspect had kicked the door to the victim’s vehicle, causing the window to shatter and leaving a sizeable dent during the process.
