Roseburg Police cited two teens on the charge of speeding on the highway on Saturday night.

An RPD report said just after 9:30 p.m. officers responded to a crash in the 1700 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. Officers learned it was caused by a 19-year-old racing a 17-year-old. The first vehicle approached another vehicle quickly from behind and collided with it, as it was turning. The first vehicle sustained a dent and scratch on the driver’s side, as well as damage to the wheels. The vehicle hit, a full-size pickup, did not sustain any damage. The first vehicle was towed from the scene.
