Roseburg Police cited a man for drinking in public early Friday morning.

An RPD report said at approximately 12:30 a.m. officers saw the 36-year-old drinking a high-alcohol malt liquor on the first floor of the downtown parking garage in the 500 block of Southeast Rose Street. He was contacted and cited for the violation. The man was also given his first city exclusion warning and was released on scene.
