Roseburg Police cited four people for prohibited camping on Thursday morning.

An RPD report said at 6:15 a.m. officers contacted three women and one man in a camp on the side of Northwest Rennan Street near the 2400 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway. Two people in the group claimed the camp. so were cited for offensive littering, and had previously received three citations for prohibited camping, so they were issued a criminal citation for prohibited camping. The other two people were both given their first prohibited camping citation.

Everyone was released after their citations were issued.
