Roseburg Police added charges related to a disturbance on Wednesday evening, to a man who was already in jail.
An RPD report said at 7:00 p.m. officers learned that 50-year-old Noah Bedwell was lodged at corrections for a separate case. They knew there was probable cause to arrest Bedwell stemming from an incident approximately one week prior. He was charged with menacing, third-degree theft and interference with making a police report.
He remained in custody with a total of 20 charges. Bail was set at $68,750.
