In the KQEN Business Spotlight:

The new Holiday Inn Express in Roseburg should be open by the end of the month.

Bruce Hanna of Hanna Hospitality told News Radio 93-9 FM and 1240 KQEN that crews are working hard to get the new hotel on Northwest Mulholland Drive open on January 27^th. Hanna said several final inspections are happening this week including the elevator, HVAC system, electrical system and fire alarm.

The new property will have 100 guest rooms, an indoor pool, fitness center and a small meeting space.

The hotel will be managed by Merete’. Hanna said the current manager at the adjacent Hampton Inn and Suites, Allen Pike, will now have local management responsibility for both properties.

Remaining space in the Hanna Heritage Place development is still available.
