Food as Medicine Oregon has its Lifestyle and Nutrition Course beginning on Tuesday, January 13th.
Registration is open for this hybrid course. Participants can attend in person at the Aviva Health conference room in Roseburg, virtually over Zoom, or at public satellite locations in Grants Pass, Canyonville and Bandon.
The Lifestyle and Nutrition Course is a 13-week, evidence based, disease prevention and reversal series that uses lifestyle medicine strategies to address the leading causes of illness in the U.S. and Douglas County. Utilizing food as medicine, new topics are covered each week, including heart disease, diabetes, cancer, obesity and other chronic diseases.
