Roseburg Police jailed a man on thirteen charges following a trespassing incident on Tuesday.
An RPD report said just before 4:00 p.m. officers responded to a store in the 700 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. An employee reported that there was a disorderly male inside who was screaming at staff, throwing chairs and refusing to leave.
The suspect, identified as 39-year-old Patrick Barry allegedly almost hit staff with the chairs, and damaged two ceiling tiles in the process. Barry also had a warrant for his arrest. Officers placed the man under arrest and transported him to corrections.
Barry was charged with three counts of harassment, second-degree counts of disorderly conduct and criminal trespass, third-degree criminal mischief and for the warrant. He was detained without bail.
