Roseburg Police jailed a man for an alleged criminal mischief incident on Tuesday afternoon.
An RPD report said just after 4:30 p.m. officers arrested 29-year-old Zane Burgess-Parks after he allegedly drew graffiti on the sidewalk and a granite bench next to the Roseburg Public Library on Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard. Burgess-Parks also reportedly menaced a victim by running at her and trying to hit her after she refused to give him a lighter.
He was charged with two counts of second-degree criminal mischief and menacing. Burgess-Parks was detained on $10,000 bail.
