A Riddle man was jailed for driving while suspended on Monday.

A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said just after 2:00 p.m. a deputy observed the 44-year-old driving a pickup from his residence in the area of Yokum Road and Ravenwood Road in the Myrtle Creek area and knew he was criminally suspended.

Dispatch confirmed the man’s driving status, and he was taken into custody. He was detained without bail.
