In the KQEN Cultural Spotlight:

Umpqua Actors Community Theatre is holding auditions for The Revolutionists on January 17th and 18th.

The production is described as a bold, clever, comedic, and poignant play set during the French Revolution’s Reign of Terror

Director Sam Starnes is in search of a diverse group of women, ages roughly 25 to 50. No prior acting experience is needed.

Auditions will be held each night at 6:00 p.m. Those who try out should be prepared to list any rehearsal conflicts, to read a few sides from the script and to engage in some icebreaker games.
