Roseburg Police jailed a man for a warrant and cited him for camping early Thursday morning.

An RPD report said at 5:40 a.m. the 47-year-old was contacted at Gaddis Park in the 800 block of Northwest Highland Street. He was taken into custody due to the warrant. He was camping in a prohibited area so was cited and released for a violation count of prohibited camping. Bail was set at $5,000.
