Roseburg Police Jailed one man and cited two men for prohibited camping on Wednesday morning.

An RPD report said at 7:30 a.m. the trio were contacted camping at the small pavilion that houses the carved eagle statue near the intersection of Northeast Stephens Street and Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard. Camping is prohibited in this area at all times.

A 47-year-old man was taken into custody for a criminal count of camping. Bail was set at $1,000. The other two men were cited and released for a violation count of camping.
