Roseburg Police cited a driver following a two-vehicle crash on Tuesday afternoon.

An RPD report said at 1:15 p.m. a driver was northbound on Southeast Stephens Street at the intersection with Southeast Mosher Avenue. A second vehicle pulled through the intersection going eastbound, causing a T-bone type collision. The driver who caused the accident was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device. Her vehicle was towed from the scene, due to damage. No injuries to either driver was reported.
