Highway 138 East closed due to downed trees

Downed trees on Highway 138 East forced crews to close the road early Wednesday.

Oregon Department of Transportation reported that the highway is closed from west of Tokatee at milepost 58 to the junction with Highway 97. There is no estimated time for reopening the highway.

ODOT encourages travelers to use an alternate route or delay travel, if possible.

Highway 230 from the Highway 138 Diamond Lake Junction to Union Creek is closed due to down trees and other debris. There is no estimated time for reopening the roadway.
