Roseburg Police jailed a man on trespass, theft and warrant charges on Thursday.

An RPD report said at 12:00 p.m. officers saw 45-year-old Josh Phegley walking in the 1400 block of Northeast Stephens Street and knew him to be a suspect from a previous theft incident. Officers contacted Phegley and learned he had a warrant out for his arrest. He was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, third-degree theft and for the warrant.

Phegley was detained on $32,500 bail.
