Roseburg Police cited a woman following a two-vehicle crash on Tuesday.

An RPD report said just before 11:00 a.m. a woman was driving a transit van north on Northwest Stewart Parkway near Mercy Drive. A second driver with an SUV attempted to turn east into the parking lot of a store and the two vehicles collided. The second driver was transported to CHI Mercy Medical Center for chest injuries. The woman was listed in stable condition at last check, according to a hospital spokesperson.She was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.
