December 9, 2025 3:50 p.m.

A Roseburg man died in a single vehicle crash late Thursday night.

An Oregon State Police report released late Monday afternoon said just before 11:15 p.m. troopers were dispatched to the wreck on Highway 138E, near milepost 12, approximately four miles west of Glide.

The preliminary investigation indicated that an eastbound sedan, operated by 30-year-old Domonik Randsome Wright, left the roadway for unknown reasons, went airborne, landed in a field, and rolled before becoming fully engulfed in flames. Wright was declared deceased at the scene.

The highway was not impacted during the on-scene investigation.

OSP was assisted by the Glide Volunteer Fire Department and the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office.
