Roseburg Police cited a man for a city ordinance late Wednesday night.

An RPD report said at 11:50 p.m. the 47-year-old was contacted at city camp which was directly on the bike path near the intersection of Northeast Stephens Street and Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard. The man had two prior convictions for camping, making this one his third, and therefore a criminal offense. He was issued a citation, told to clean up his camp, and was released on scene.
