Roseburg Police cited a man for menacing and second-degree disorderly conduct on Tuesday night.

An RPD report said at 9:00 p.m. neighbors said the 61-year-old was acting in a threatening manner and had pointed a gun in the air after a verbal dispute in the 1700 block of Northeast Klamath Avenue. The suspect admitted he had a pistol on his person during the disturbance but denied brandishing it. He was transported to corrections, but couldn’t be lodged, due to medical issues. The man was released after the citations were issued.
