ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL WOMAN FOR REPORTED TRESPASS, DRUGS

Roseburg Police jailed a woman for reported trespass and drugs on Monday morning.

An RPD report said at 8:50 a.m. the 39-year-old was spotted illegally camping in the 2600 block of Northeast Stephens Street. There were multiple “No Trespassing” signs visible near where the woman was camped. She had been warned previously to leave the location. The woman admitted to having 2.63 grams of methamphetamine in her tent and confirmed that it belonged to her.

She was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and unlawful possession of methamphetamine. The woman was detained without bail and was released on Tuesday morning.
