Roseburg Police cited a man for reckless driving on Tuesday night.

An RPD report said just after 8:30 p.m. officers witnessed a sports car doing “doughnuts” in the center of the 1300 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard, while other vehicles were driving on the roadway. Officers stopped the sports car and arrested the driver. He was released after the citation was issued.
