Roseburg Police cited a woman for a criminal count of prohibited camping early Tuesday morning.

An RPD report said just after 12:30 a.m. officers contacted the 46-year-old at her camp on the Rowe Street Bridge in the 900 block of Northeast Rowe Avenue. The camp was within six feet of the bike path which is a violation of the “place” portion of the city camping ordinance. The woman had two previous convictions for camping. She agreed to cleanup her camp and was released after the citation was issued.
