ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL MAN FOR ALLEGED DISORDERLY CONDUCT/WARRANTS

Roseburg Police jailed a man for alleged disorderly conduct and warrants on Friday afternoon.

An RPD report said at 1:40 p.m. officers contacted 21-year-old Heath Lethlean near the intersection of Northeast Odell Avenue and Northeast Atlanta Street. Lethlean was reportedly running in and out of traffic with a knife.

As officers attempted to contact the man he allegedly ran across the roadway, causing several vehicles to have to stop for him. When officers attempted to detain Lethlean, he reportedly ran for a short distance but was ultimately stopped and taken into custody.

He was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct and for multiple warrants. Bail was set at $2,500.
