Roseburg Police added a charge of second-degree theft on Friday to a man who was already in jail.

An RPD report said 33-year-old Codi Neifert was a suspect in an ongoing theft investigation at a business in the 2100 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway. Neifert is now charged with four counts of second-degree theft. Bail is now set at $24,250.
