Troopers with the Oregon State Police jailed a man on the charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants-controlled substance, on Wednesday night.
An OSP report said at 11:20 p.m. a trooper conducted a traffic stop on a sedan at a business in the 900 block of Northeast Stephens Street in Roseburg. Upon contact, the driver showed signs of being under the influence. Ultimately the driver was arrested and taken into custody. The driver refused to submit to breath and blood tests, and a search warrant was granted.
The man was detained without bail and was released on Thursday morning.
