Roseburg Police cited a man following an alleged theft and criminal mischief incident that occurred on October 26th.

An RPD report said Wednesday at 12:50 p.m. the 31-year-old was contacted at a residence in the 100 block of Northeast Rifle Range Road. An investigation determined that the suspect had stolen a bracelet from the victim and gathered all of her clothing in her apartment and poured mayonnaise and pudding all over them.

The man was charged with second-degree counts of theft and criminal mischief. He was released after the citation was issued.
