Roseburg Police cited a man for harassment on Friday afternoon.

An RPD report said the 53-year-old was allegedly involved in a verbal disturbance on November 5th with a juvenile child in the area of the 1200 block of Southeast Jackson Street. The man reportedly cracked an egg over the child’s head. The suspect claimed the child had been causing issues in the neighborhood and was being disrespectful.

The man was released after the citation was issued.
