The Boys & Girls Club of the Umpqua Valley is inviting local families to join in an evening of fun, connection, and community wellness at its upcoming Family Night: “Fall into Wellness”, the clubs final Family Night of the year.

A release said it will take place this Thursday, November 13th from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Boys & Girls Club at 1144 Northeast Cedar Street in Roseburg. The event will bring together club members, their families and the broader community to promote healthy, balanced lifestyles this fall. Families will have the opportunity to explore simple ways to thrive together through nutrition, movement, learning, and connection.

Dinner will be provided by Cholos Tacos for the first 150 people, followed by ice cream served by Umpqua Dairy. Families can also look forward to interactive activities, wellness resources, and giveaway prizes throughout the evening.
