Roseburg Police jailed a fugitive on Tuesday afternoon.

An RPD report said at 2:40 p.m. officers observed the 60-year-old driving a sedan in the 1700 block of West Harvard Avenue. They knew he had a warrant for his arrest. By the time officers were able to turn around, the man was parked in his driveway at a nearby location.

He was detained without incident. Bail was set at $25,000.
