A transient was jailed on the charge of violation of restraining order on Monday.

A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said shortly after 11:00 am. a victim reported that the 38-year-old man was on property in the 3500 block of Canyonville-Riddle Road in south county. Records confirmed that the man was retrained from being on the property. He was contacted and taken into custody. The man was detained without bail.
