ROSEBURG POLICE JAIL MAN FOR ALLEGED DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Roseburg Police jailed a man for an alleged disorderly conduct incident on Friday night.

An RPD report said at 8:20 p.m. officers contacted the 37-year-old after four people said he was walking in the roadway near the intersection of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard and Northeast Pomona Street. It was reported that several vehicles had to swerve to avoid hitting him.

When officers contacted the man, he was still in the roadway. He was taken into custody without incident and was transported to corrections. Bail was set at $2,500.
