Roseburg Police cited thirteen people for prohibited camping between Sunday morning and early Monday morning.

An RPD report said the citations were given at Deer Creek Park in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street, in the 700 block of Southeast Stephens Street, and at Gaddis Park in the 800 block of Northwest Highland Street. Those cited were reportedly violating at least one portion of the city’s time, place and manner ordinance.

Everyone was released after their citations were issued.
