Roseburg Police cited a woman after a traffic stop early on Thursday morning.
An RPD report said just after 1:45 a.m. officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in the 200 block of Northeast Stephens Street. During the contact, officers located syringes in plain view with appeared to have a useable quantity of drugs. During a search of the vehicle, officers reportedly located approximately 4.3 grams of suspected methamphetamine and a prescription bottle with the label partially removed.
The report said the bottle contained 58 blue pills tentatively identified as Amphetamine Dextroamphetamine, which is a Schedule II controlled substance. The 31-year-old driver was cited for unlawful possession of methamphetamine, and unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance. She was cited in lieu of custody and then was released.
