A Glide family was assisted after their vehicle went off the road on Monday night.

A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said at 7:30 p.m. two adults and their children had been out hunting in the Rock Creek Road area. The driver tried to turn the vehicle around after coming to a portion of the road which had slid out.

Everyone was able to exit the vehicle safely. A deputy responded and picked them up, dropping them off at their home. The driver planned to retrieve the vehicle when it is light outside.
