A 51-year-old Roseburg man is in the Douglas County Jail after an incident early Monday morning.

Roseburg Police said officers responded to a report of a man allegedly threatening people at a business around 6:30 a.m. in the 160 block of Northeast Garden Valley Boulevard.

While responding to the incident, officers reportedly discovered the man had warrants for his arrest out of Washington County for attempted fourth degree assault and harassment and failure to appear.

He’s being held without bail.
