Roseburg Police stopped a man after allegedly witnessing multiple traffic violations early Sunday morning.
RPD reported that officers stopped a 27-year-old Roseburg man just after midnight Sunday at the corner of Southeast Jackson Street and Cass Avenue. Officers said the man exhibited multiple signs of impairment and he agreed to a field sobriety test, which RPD said he performed poorly on.
Officers allegedly found the man to also be in possession of a concealed handgun. He was taken into custody on charges of DUII, recklessly endangering another person and unlawful possession of a firearm.
RPD was granted a search warrant for a blood draw. The man was lodged at Douglas County Corrections, but has since been released.
