Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited camping early Wednesday morning.

An RPD report said at 12:25 a.m. officers contacted the 32-year-old at the duck pond in the 1000 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. He had one previous conviction for prohibited camping a week earlier. The man was given instructions to clean up his camp and then was released.
