Roseburg Police cited five people for prohibited camping between Tuesday morning and early Wednesday morning.

An RPD report said contact was made at the duck pond in the 1000 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard, in the 900 block of Northeast Rowe Street, at Stewart Park in the 2000 block of Northwest Stewart Park Drive, at Deer Creek Park in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street, and at the disc golf course in the 1400 block of Northwest Stewart Park Drive.

All were in violation of at least one part of the time, place and manner camping ordinance. Each was released after being given a citation.
