Umpqua Movement Arts Collaboration is bringing “Neon Nightmares” to Roseburg later this week.

A UMAC release said it will be a dazzling blacklight dance production that plunges viewers into the twisted world of dreams gone wrong. The variety show will feature The Diva Dancers and local special guest performers. The show will premiere on Friday night with a follow-up performance on Saturday. Both shows will be held at Backside Brewing with doors open to the event at 7:00 p.m.

Tickets to “Neon Nightmares” are $20 in advance via the UMAC website: https://www.umacroseburg.com/events-1 . Tickets will be available at the door for $25. Guests are encouraged to attend in their best neon costume. The event features a no-host bar. Guests will be welcome to join a costume contest at intermission. The show does contain mature themes for those under age 18.

The show will also feature the debut performance of Domineux, a local aerial arts troupe. It features Stacy Mogavero and Kristie Giradet. The duo will double up together on a lyra aerial hoop for an unforgettable performance.

The UMAC organization is the new home for The Diva Dancers, a group of Douglas County community members who have been preparing for this performance for almost three months.

Umpqua Movement Arts was formally incorporated as a non-profit in the summer of 2023. More information is available at www.umacroseburg.com
