Roseburg Police jailed a man for a warrant, and cited both people contacted, for prohibited camping early Thursday morning.

An RPD report said at 4:30 a.m. officers talked to a 39-year-old woman and a 27-year-old man because they were camping in a restricted area and in a restricted manner near the intersection of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard and Northeast Stephens Street. The man was jailed for his warrant. Bail was set at $5,000.
